Peter Norris was born in the United States and spent his formative years in Southwestern Ontario. He pursued his undergraduate studies at King’s University College, affiliated with the University of Western Ontario, where he earned an Honours Specialization in Political Science. Throughout his academic journey, Peter actively participated in the University Students’ Council.

Subsequently, Peter obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University, in Halifax. He was called to the Bar in 2012, and following a successful articling experience, he joined George Murray Shipley Bell, LLP as an associate.

Peter’s legal expertise encompasses real estate, corporate and commercial law, as well as Wills & Estates. His client-centric approach ensures that he caters to the unique needs of both businesses and individual clients, offering responsive and tailored legal solutions.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Peter is an avid sailor who has enjoyed the sport since his youth. He has explored this passion by instructing sailing for several years and participating in International 14 racing events throughout Ontario. Currently, Peter sails a Hobie 16, a pursuit that ultimately drew him to Sarnia. In addition, Peter is a licensed private pilot and cherishes the time he spends with his wife, Danielle, and their children.
